RO leaking water
Water dripping from the unit or the pipes.
Unit ke pipe mathi pani tapke chhe.
Why this happens
- A loose filter housing or O-ring
- A cracked tube or a push-fit connector that came loose
- A faulty float valve overfilling the tank
- A worn tank or fitting
Safe checks you can try
- Switch off the RO and close the inlet valve
- Find where it drips; usually a filter housing or a tube joint
- Push the tubes firmly back into their connectors
- A leak that keeps coming from a housing or tank needs a new O-ring or part
Keep the RO on a tray while it leaks so the water does not reach the switchboard below.
