RO not giving water
No water, or a very slow flow from the tap.

Why this happens
- Low input water pressure, or the inlet valve is closed
- A choked sediment or pre-filter
- Empty or air-locked storage tank
- A faulty pump or a fully blocked membrane
Safe checks you can try
- Check the inlet tap or valve is open and the supply is on
- See if the tank feels empty, then wait 1-2 hours for it to fill
- Check the first (sediment) filter; it usually needs changing every 6-12 months
- If there is still no flow, the pump or membrane needs a technician
If the filters are overdue, changing them often restores the flow. Keep a regular service schedule.
